Founder & MD : Mr. Srinivas

A post-graduate in Civil Engineering who has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of several prestigious projects. His attention to detail helps execute challenging projects successfully. As the Founder, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction while driving operational excellence and he is a visionary leader who has been instrumental in our remarkable growth trajectory. Under his leadership, we evolved into one of the most successful construction companies, renowned for its innovation, quality, and strategic foresight. His key initiatives include positioning our firm as a next-generation construction innovator, forging strategic partnerships, driving technological advancements, and solidifying our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Managing Director : Mr. Vikrant

A commerce graduate who has 40+ years of rich experience in the civil construction industry. A big thinker with a strong execution focus, oversees the growth of the company and its foray into new areas. He also manages the corporate governance function for the company and is responsible for driving high standards of integrity and trust across the business. He carries forward the ethos of customer centricity that our founder remarkably illustrated.

GM - Projects : Mr. Bhaskar

A civil engineer who has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction project management and execution. His strong foundation in civil engineering, strategic leadership, and civil engineering projects acumen have played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. His vision aligns with our commitment to excellence, and he continues to drive innovation and efficiency in our development. He has meticulously built a high-performance, cross-functional team dedicated to achieving the company’s long-term vision. GM - Operations : Ms. Lakshmi

A graduate in construction management, she has over a 35 years of experience in the industry and he is charged with ensuring the smooth and efficient running of company-wide operations. She brings an objective, quantitative approach to operations management that helps the company drive efficiency improvements across the board.

GM - EHS : Mr. Shiva

A distinguished professional, who serves as the General Manager for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), leveraging 25 years of expertise in the construction industry. Specializing in EHS management, he plays a pivotal role in implementing rigorous safety protocols, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
